Polynesian Keyboard
Introduction
The Polynesian Keyboard was created to allow one to easily generate the special punctuation for the Tongan Language in the Microsoft Windows operating system.
Some of these special characters, the glottal ʻ , macron ˉ , accent ́ are also used in the Hawaiian and Māori languages so this keyboard is named "Polynesian Keyboard" rather than specifically Tongan keyboard.
This keyboard will work across any Windows based application provided that the correct Unicode font that supports the special characters is installed and selected.
